Beat eggs well together with sour cream/ cream cheese.
Add sugar, salt, baking powder and cardamom. Stir well together while you're in the middle of psyllium/ fiber remember. Touch should be almost as thick as a dough. (Try it in relation to the psyllium/fiber remember because of the different brands have different degrees of thickness) if desired, you can add a bit of cream or water for a better consistency. Use enough to escape and psyllium so that there are no egg taste.
Cook this with butter in toast.
Server the waffles with homemade jam or fresh berries
