Sugar-free coconut macaroons

Approx. 15 pcs

You need:

  • 2 egg whites
  • 100g icing sugar
  • 160g coconut mass
  • 1/2 vanilla bean

To do this:

  • Set the oven to 170 degrees. Whisk together the egg whites and icing sugar to a fluffy mass.
  • Pour in the coconut mixture.
  • Use two tablespoons to create tops on the baking tray.
  • Bake on 170 degrees in 15min.
  • Let them cool before putting the macaroons in an airtight container.
