Approx. 15 pcs
- 2 egg whites
- 100g icing sugar
- 160g coconut mass
- 1/2 vanilla bean
To do this:
- Set the oven to 170 degrees. Whisk together the egg whites and icing sugar to a fluffy mass.
- Pour in the coconut mixture.
- Use two tablespoons to create tops on the baking tray.
- Bake on 170 degrees in 15min.
- Let them cool before putting the macaroons in an airtight container.
