The sweet diabetes book

The sweet diabetes book is filled with the most delicious goodies: snacks, cakes, buns, desserts, candies, confectionery and drinks. The book contains a separate section with recipes for delicious sugar-free cake decorations, and the best cakes and candies for Christmas and Easter. And of course lots of good advice and clever tricks! The book is a revised and updated edition of Sweet and sugar-free, which was first published in 2020.

All the recipes are:

  • blood sugar friendly
  • stomach and intestine friendly
  • gluten free

Here are some of the delicious things you can make: cuddly waffles, cinnamon rolls, crumble pie with peaches and pecans, jelly cake, mullet parfait with nut croissants, oat pie with coconut cream and currants, gingerbread cookies, homemade marzipan, Easter scones with lemon cream, chocolate biscuits, licorice caramels, striped girl's kiss with vanilla , Christmas smoothie and coffee with spices. It doesn't get any better than this!
