After your first consultation, we will create an individual follow-up plan that suits your needs. Our health packages offer an initial consultation and 4 or 8 follow-up appointments, where our team will be available by phone or email to provide guidance and support throughout your health journey. During our follow-up sessions, we will assess your progress and adjust your treatment plan as needed, and offer advice to help you overcome any challenges. Our follow-up appointments are scheduled for either 15 or 30 minutes, depending on your needs.
