Get control of your bad cholesterol and lead a healthier and more active lifestyle. Our team of specialists are dedicated to providing guidance and support throughout your health journey.
During your initial consultation, either in person or online, our nurse will gather information about your medical history, dietary habits and lifestyle to gain an understanding of your situation. Based on the information you give us, we will develop achievable and realistic goals and work with you on your health journey.
After your first consultation, we will create a customized follow-up plan based on your needs. Our patients often choose a health package that includes an initial consultation and 4 or 8 follow-up appointments. Our team is available by phone or email to help you with any questions you may have along the way. During our follow-up sessions, we will evaluate your progress and make the necessary changes to your health plan. At the same time, you will receive guidance to deal with any challenges.
