Based on the information you give us, we will develop achievable and realistic goals and work with you on your health journey.

Initial consultation

After your first consultation, we will create a customized follow-up plan based on your needs. Our patients often choose a health package that includes an initial consultation and 4 or 8 follow-up appointments. Our team is available by phone or email to help you with any questions you may have along the way. During our follow-up sessions, we will evaluate your progress and make the necessary changes to your health plan. At the same time, you will receive guidance to deal with any challenges.
