High Blood Pressure
Take control of your high blood pressure and lead a healthier lifestyle. Our team of experts will support and guide you all the way to a better health and quality of life.
At the first meeting (either in person or via phone/video), our nurse will review your medical history, dietary preferences and lifestyle to gain a good understanding of your individual needs. Together we set realistic goals and work together to get your blood pressure under control.
After the first consultation, we will set up a personal follow-up plan that suits your needs. Many clients choose a health package that includes an initial consultation and 4 or 8 hour follow-up sessions. Our team is readily available by phone or email to answer your questions. During our follow-up sessions, we assess your progress and make any adjustments to your plan and guide you further. Your blood pressure is closely monitored and follow-up sessions last 15 or 30 minutes, as needed.
