Cut away the stalks on the kale. Cut up the kale leaves in smaller pieces. Steam the kale leaves in approx.5min, you can use the steamer or the use of a regular pot with a little water in the middle. Bring to a boil under the lid until most of the water has evaporated and to the the kale becomes soft.
