Protein-rich tuna salad

You need:

  • 100g canned tuna in water
  • 1 boiled egg
  • 100g fresh spinach
  • A couple of small tomatoes
  • 1/4 red onion
  • Olives


  • Approx. 1/2 dl kesam
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 small clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

To do this:

  • Boil the egg for 8-10min. Allow to cool in cold water.
  • Finely chop the red onion. Part up the tomatoes into small pieces.
  • Pour off the water on the tuna.
  • Mix together all the salad ingredients with the tuna.
  • Finely chop the garlic. Whisk together all dressing ingredients.
