You need:
- 100g canned tuna in water
- 1 boiled egg
- 100g fresh spinach
- A couple of small tomatoes
- 1/4 red onion
- Olives
Dressing:
- Approx. 1/2 dl kesam
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 small clove garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
To do this:
- Boil the egg for 8-10min. Allow to cool in cold water.
- Finely chop the red onion. Part up the tomatoes into small pieces.
- Pour off the water on the tuna.
- Mix together all the salad ingredients with the tuna.
- Finely chop the garlic. Whisk together all dressing ingredients.
