Julesmoothie

2 servings 

2 dl frozen cranberries 

1 dl frozen strawberries 

4 dl water or coconut milk 

1 tbsp MCT oil or 1 raw egg 

¼ tsp ground cloves 

½ tsp ground ginger 

5–10 drops of Bitterstern or 1 capsule of digestive enzymes 

To sprinkle over the smoothie 

Chopped nuts, seeds and/or almonds and

Cinnamon 

  1. Combine all ingredients except Bitterstern/Digestive Enzymes in the blender and blend until well combined.  
  2. Split the enzyme capsule in half and pour the contents into the smoothie, or pour in drops of Bitterstern, and mix well. 
  3. Sprinkle chopped nuts and/or almonds, seeds and cinnamon over the smoothie when serving. 

Carbohydrates per serving: 7.9 grams

TIPS 
Cranberries contain C vitamins - and since ancient times it has been believed that cranberries seem to have a beneficial effect on the ability to digest "heavy" food.
