Breakfast pancakes from Good Morning Norway

- 2pcs egg
- 2 tbsp cottage cheese
- 1 tbsp Oatmeal
- 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 1/2 tbsp Fibrehusk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp shredded coconut
- Butter for frying
- 2 tbsp Escape or kesam
- Fresh berries for topping
- All blend well together and bake in butter on medium heat.
- Top with fresh berries and sour cream when serving.
