Breakfast pancakes from Good Morning Norway

  • 2pcs egg
  • 2 tbsp cottage cheese
  • 1 tbsp Oatmeal
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp Fibrehusk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut
  • Butter for frying
  • 2 tbsp Escape or kesam
  • Fresh berries for topping
  • All blend well together and bake in butter on medium heat.
  • Top with fresh berries and sour cream when serving.
