How can I prepare as best as possible before the first consultation?

1. Write down what you have eaten in the past 2-3 days.
2. Write down all your regular medications.
3. If you have taken blood tests in the last 3 months, it is a good idea to bring them with you.
4. Come as you are!

I'm not overweight but have other challenges, can you help me?

Absolutely. We also work with high blood pressure, bad cholesterol, insulin resistance, PCOS, food intolerances, stomach and intestinal problems, metabolism and diabetes

How many follow-up hours do I need?

This is very individual. We discuss this during our first consultation, so that you are prepared both mentally and financially for how many follow-up hours or which health package you will need.

Do I have to have a health package / follow-up?

No, you can pay for each time you are at Vektklinikken, but both experience and studies show that follow-up is important to achieve lasting changes

Do I have to go on the Eurodiet?

No, this is agreed individually. We also tailor diets with normal food.

I live far away and can't get weighed at your place, what do we do?

We offer both video and telephone lessons. You can easily order a smaller Tanita scale via the Eurodiet online store. A completely normal weight will also do

I have reached my goal, now what?

We recommend a follow-up session every 6 months for the next two years. At the same time, you can always contact Hege by email or telephone if you have any questions or challenges.

Do you have an installment plan?

We have no agreements with creditors. But this can be agreed individually, where we agree to, for example, split a clip card into two or three payment installments.

Do you work for Fedon Health?

I have worked for Fedon Health for 16 years before starting up for myself in 2021.

Vektklinikken works closely with Fedon Health.

I have problems ordering products on the Eurodiet website.

Vektklinikken can also help you with ordering during our consultations, where we submit the order for you.

My Eurodiet declaration has expired, what do I do?

Contact us by e-mail or send an SMS and we will arrange this on an ongoing basis. 

If it has been six months since you last visited Hege, Hege will be happy to see you for a follow-up appointment. Eurodiet products require medical follow-up.
